Simple salmon pasta..

Greetings everybody, hope you are all well!

So yesterday morning I was watching 'This Morning' and seen Gemma from The only way is Essex making a simple salmon pasta dish, this inspired me for my dinner today and I wanted to share the recipe with you, its incredibly easy, taste very yummy and is so filling!

I will write out the recipe below, SERVES 2.

INGREDIENTS

3 cloves of garlic
2/3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 bowl of shell pasta
1 cup of peas ( Use less if you're not a big fan of peas! )
1 average packet of smoked salmon
A splash of single cream
Salt & pepper

HOW TO MAKE

Put olive oil into jug/bowl then peel your garlic cloves, crush with knife and leave to marinate for as long as possible in the olive oil, the whole day is best..but if you dont have the time dont worry, I only left mine for an hour and it still tasted good!

Next, using a blender, blend the garlic and oil together until it is lighter in colour, the garlic is mostly chopped and the texture is thicker ( THIS IS OPTIONAL, I ONLY DID THIS TO GET THE FLAVOUR OF GARLIC INTO THE  OIL MORE AS I DIDN'T MARINATE FOR LONG. )

When you have time, boil the pasta and peas until cooked.

Drain the peas and pasta, grab your marinated oil and heat a large pan.
Once heated, put the oil into the pan and stir for a minute or so, add your drained pasta, peas, smoked salmon and season.

Cook through for a few minutes, stirring well to ensure oil coats all ingredients and then serve up in 2 dishes and add a drizzle of cream over each.

Ta da, here is the finished product!
Looks great doesn't it?
ENJOY!

Get yourself some shiny looking legs!

For so long I have wanted shiny legs, and I have looked online for tips on how to, and tried out a few things which promised healthy, shiny glowing legs..but none worked UNTIL I grabbed hold of this beauty.

MOLTEN GOLD BODY OIL - GOK WAN - GORGEOUS COLLECTION.
( Ah look, you can see me in the lid, messy hair, PJS and everything. )

I love this oil, its actually surprisingly good.
It has a thick texture which is yellow in colour with tiny of specks of shimmer throughout it, only a pump or two is needed for your whole leg and you have a lovely, natural looking shiny glow, especially in night light your legs look fantastic!
It also makes your legs feel so smooth and soft and they smell AMAZING for hours after you have applied it! It stays on all day until you shower/bath, I really would recommend it, the only problem is this comes in a gift set, so you will probably have to purchase that BUT before you do buy the gift set, look around online there should be a few people selling it separately for cheap.

I took a picture before and after to show you the difference, can you see it too?

BEFORE

AFTER

Yay, now I look like a celebrity! ( Actually maybe not QUITE yet, I have a few little spots from shaving at the minute as you can probably see in the pictures and I also have a bit of weight/toning work to be done on them! )
